Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once our order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website. Carestock’s online product ordering facility is secure and safe.
All mainland UK orders are normally dispatched to the delivery address that you supply within 14 days of receipt. Orders received before 13:00 will be delivered the next 2 days in the UK. Items ordered after 13:00 have 3 day delivery. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised dispatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Your credit card will be debited prior to dispatch of your order.
IMPORTANT: All delivery queries including proof of delivery must be raised in writing within 30 days by emailing [email protected]. After this period we can not be help responsible for any missing or lost items. All items must be checked by recipient(s) before signing with courier after you have signed we can not resolve any damages or shortages.
Supply of Goods
Due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is no longer available, then you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order.
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 14 days and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning good.
Special items – These items are subjected to a 10% re-stocking charge and a collection fee of £60.
If you placed your order in the last 24 hours and wish to cancel it, please email: [email protected] with your order number, the date of purchase, your full name and address. Please also refer to the returns and refunds section.

NON TRADE CUSTOMERS
Please note we are a Trade Supplier this is clearly visible on on our home page, the delivery details above relate to trade customers only. We are unable to make deliveries to non-business residential addresses, Please do not order products if you are not a Business or Trade Customer.
If you have been through the check out and are not Trade you will be refunded less an administration charge of 5% this can take up to 14 days.
